Provision of Information

When you make a booking via the Sunmedhotels web site, the information we request, is requested in order to offer you a professional service. We need to collect information about you to process the transaction and fulfill your order. We only share customer information with the hotel you are booking in to. Under no circumstances will we distribute it to others, except in the unlikely event that the law obliges disclosure. Your contact data is used to make the hotel reservation. This data will be passed on to the hotel in order to identify you upon arrival and to contact you in case of changes in the reservation.

We may also use your contact details to inform you of our products including special offers that we think may be of interest to you.

When paying by credit or by debit card we pass your card details to our bank for authorisation of the transaction and to complete payments.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to analyse trends/administer the site/track user's movement for our internal site traffic statistics. This data is utilised to improve the services of Sunmedhotels and does not include any personally identifying information.

All your information is restricted in our offices and only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
